The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the un-audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026.
The Company has also confirmed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives has been closed since October 1, 2026.
