Sheela Foam Receives Trading Approval for Kurlon Merger Shares

Sheela Foam received BSE and NSE listing approval for 488,146 equity shares issued under the Kurlon Enterprise amalgamation scheme.
The shares were allotted to Kurlon Enterprise shareholders at an approved exchange ratio and rank pari-passu with existing shares.
Trading of these newly issued shares commenced effective April 22, 2026, following the composite scheme of arrangement.
