Voting Process

The Company provided remote e-voting facility through CDSL. E-voting during the AGM was also available to Members who had not cast their votes through remote e-voting. Mr. Ajay Yadav, Practicing Company Secretary, was appointed as the Scrutinizer for conducting an independent and transparent scrutiny of the remote e-voting process.

Post-Meeting Procedures

The voting results along with the Scrutinizer's Report were to be declared within the prescribed timeline and submitted to BSE Limited and uploaded on the website of the Company and CDSL.
