Shetron Limited reappoints Mr. Kartik Manohar Nayak as Joint Managing Director for a three-year term effective May 15, 2026.
The board reappoints two internal audit firms, Ishwar & Gopal and T.R. Chadha & Co., for FY 2026–27.
Mr. Vishwanath Bhat of Bhat & Co. is reappointed as Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026–27.
