The Board meeting will be held on Thursday, 13th August, 2026 to consider and approve inter alia the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
Additionally, the company has previously intimated the stock exchange about the closure of the Trading Window for all Directors and Designated Employees of the Company for trading/dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company. The Trading Window remains closed from 1st July, 2026 until 15th August, 2026, which represents the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading.
