Shilp Gravures Limited has fixed Wednesday, 16th September, 2026 as the cut-off date to determine shareholder eligibility for electronic voting at the company's 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The 33rd AGM is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 23rd September, 2026 at 01:00 p.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
The company will utilize the remote e-voting services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) with the following voting schedule:
- Cut-off date for shareholder voting eligibility: Wednesday, 16th September, 2026
- Commencement of electronic voting: Sunday, 20th September, 2026 from 9:00 a.m.
- End of electronic voting: Tuesday, 22nd September, 2026 up to 5:00 p.m.
- Declaration of results by Chairman: On or after 23rd September, 2026 (within prescribed statutory time limits)
This arrangement is made in compliance with Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 (as amended).
