The members of Etone India Private Limited at their Annual General Meeting held on September 17, 2026, approved the shifting of its registered office from the State of West Bengal to the State of Gujarat.
The shifting of the registered office is subject to obtaining requisite approvals from the Registrar of Companies and the Central Government/Regional Director, as may be applicable. It is also subject to completion of all necessary statutory compliances and other requirements with relevant authorities.
The company will intimate the stock exchange upon completion of the process and receipt of the requisite approvals, as and when applicable.
