Shilpa Medicare appointed Dr. Vellaian Karuppiah as Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Formulations effective 23 April 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and disclosed under SEBI Regulation 30.
Dr. Karuppiah brings over 33 years of pharmaceutical experience, including senior roles at Gland Pharma and Dr. Reddy's.
