Shilpa Medicare Ltd disclosed the retirement of its Chief Operating Officer (Formulations), Dr. Jayant Karajgi, effective 22 April 2026.
The disclosure was made pursuant to SEBI LODR Regulation 30 and Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025- CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026.
Dr. Karajgi ceased to be a Senior Management Personnel from the retirement date, with details provided in Annexure A.
