The subsidiary will engage in the following business activities:

  • Manufacture of other machinery for mining, quarrying and construction
  • Manufacture of cutlery, hand tools and general hardware
  • Manufacture of hand tools including pliers, screwdrivers, press tools, blacksmiths' tools, drills, punches, and milling cutters
