Shipwaves Online Limited has issued an intimation regarding its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2025-26. The AGM will be held on Wednesday, 30th September 2026 at 3:00 p.m. IST through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
The meeting is being conducted in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), following relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI.
The Notice of AGM and Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 will be sent to members in due course through the prescribed mode of dispatch, in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Act, relevant circulars, and Listing Regulations.
