The Board of Directors will consider the following matters:

• Proposal for declaration and issue of Bonus Equity Shares, subject to approval of the company's shareholders
• Declaration of Interim Dividend, if any, on equity shares for the Financial Year 2026-27

Trading Window Closure

The Trading Window for dealing in the company's securities remains closed from 1st October, 2026 to 6th November, 2026 (both days inclusive). This closure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
