The Board of Directors of Shivam Chemicals Limited will meet on 28th May, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. to transact the following business:

1. Consider, adopt and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Statements along with Auditors' Report for the half year and year ended 31st March, 2026

2. Any other matter with the permission of the chair

Trading Window Closure

Pursuant to SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct, the Trading Window shall remain closed until the end of 48 hours from:

• The conclusion of the Board meeting, or
• Making the results public
