The Board of Directors of Shivam Chemicals Limited will meet on Tuesday, 3rd November, 2026 at the company's registered office to consider and transact the following businesses:

1. The Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended 30th September, 2026

2. Any other matter with the permission of the chair

Trading Window Closure

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct, the Trading Window shall remain closed for 48 hours from:
