Shoppers Stop Limited has intimated the stock exchanges (BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited) regarding a change in the correspondence address of its Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), KFin Technologies Limited.

The RTA's corporate office will relocate from its existing premises to a new location with effect from December 01, 2026. All correspondence, communications, notices, and documents to the RTA should be sent to the new address from this date onward.

Address Change Details:

• Existing Address (until November 30, 2026): KFin Technologies Limited, Selenium Tower B, Plot No. 31 & 32, Gachibowli, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Serilingampally, Hyderabad - 500032, Telangana
• New Address (effective December 01, 2026): KFin Technologies Limited, 6th, 23rd, 24th, 25th Floor, South Tower, Rajapushpa West Avenue, Survey No. 115, Kokapet, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana - 500075

The Registered Office of KFin Technologies Limited remains unchanged. Investors and other stakeholders of the Company are requested to note this change and update their records accordingly.
