Trading Window Closure
In terms of the Company's code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for all Directors, officers, designated employees of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from Thursday, 01st October, 2026. The window will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company (both days inclusive). The requisite communication has already been circulated to all the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives.
