Mr. Methiwala has resigned from the Company to pursue opportunities outside the organization and ceased to act as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) effective from the closing of business hours on September 9, 2026. The company has acknowledged his resignation and relieved him from his duties effective the same date and time.
Consequent to his resignation, Mr. Methiwala has also ceased to hold the following additional statutory positions:
- Compliance Officer under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015
- Nodal Officer under IEPF Rules
- Authorized person for determining materiality of events and for making disclosures to the Stock Exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations
The company is in the process of appointing a new Company Secretary within the prescribed time limit and will inform the exchange accordingly.
The disclosure includes Annexure-A containing details as required under Regulation 30 read with Para A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025- CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026.
Annexure-B contains the resignation letter from Mr. Chinmay Methiwala dated September 9, 2026, addressed to the Board of Directors, which states his resignation from all Statutory/Designated positions in the company effective end of business hours on September 9, 2026 to pursue career opportunities outside the Company.
