The company's manufacturing facilities located at Survey No. 239, Near Morai Railway Crossing, Village Salvav, Via-Vapi, Dist. Valsad, Gujarat – 396191 have been disrupted due to heavy flooding of the factory premises. The flooding was caused by incessant heavy rainfall and severe waterlogging in the region, which the company describes as an unprecedented situation never encountered before.
As a precautionary measure, operations at these manufacturing facilities have been temporarily suspended effective from July 23, 2026.
The company is currently assessing the damage to plant, machinery, inventory, and other assets. However, due to ongoing waterlogging that restricts access to certain areas of the manufacturing facility, the total financial impact cannot be determined at this stage.
The company disclosed that its insurance plans provide sufficient coverage for the assets at the affected manufacturing plants. The company has taken all necessary steps to protect its assets, evaluate the damage, and quickly resume operations.
