Shree Cement's Board will meet on 6th May 2026 to approve audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY2026.
The Board will also consider recommending a final dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2025-26.
Trading Window for Shree Cement securities will remain closed from 1st April 2026 to 8th May 2026, per SEBI insider trading regulations.
