Shree Cement Limited has issued a regulatory disclosure regarding an upcoming board meeting and trading window closure.
The meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Friday, 23rd October, 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ending on 30th September, 2026.
In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's internal 'Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by the designated persons and their immediate relatives', the Trading Window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from 1st October, 2026. The closure will remain effective until 48 hours after the announcement of financial results, specifically up to 25th October, 2026 (both days inclusive).
