3. Re-appointment of Shri Nihit Agarwal as Whole Time Director for a period of three years with effect from November 11, 2026, including payment of remuneration.

4. Re-appointment of Mr. Shri Ram Gupta as Independent Director for a second term of five years with effect from September 29, 2026.

5. Appointment of Shri Amrut Urkude (DIN: 11902244) as an Additional Independent Director for a period of five years with effect from August 25, 2026.
