Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Limited has formally announced the commencement of commercial production at its new Unit-5: Dyes Segment. The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The new production unit is located at Plot No. D-10, MIDC Lote Parshuram, Taluka Khed, District Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, India.
The commencement of this unit increases the company's dyes production capacity by 6,000 metric tons per annum (MTPA). The company states that this expansion is aimed at catering to the increasing demand for dyes in the current market scenario.
