Shree Rama Multi-Tech Limited has made a regulatory disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026.
The company has installed a new tubing machine of latest technology at its plant located at Moti-Bhoyan, Taluka: Kalol, District: Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The necessary trial runs were conducted as per the company's standard operating norms and quality parameters.
Commercial production of tubes of different sizes and dimensions commenced effective September 21, 2026, through this new tubing machine. The commencement of production is expected to enhance production capacity in Lamitube and contribute toward increased topline and bottomline performance in the coming years.
