- Profile: Mr. Sunil Ranka brings over 41 years of experience in all aspects of Finance including treasury, accounting, taxation, auditing, assurance, internal control and corporate governance. He has implemented ERP based Accounting systems and procedures. He has extensive experience of working with leading multinationals and top business groups. Prior to joining SRSL, he has worked in Senior Finance Leadership roles in companies like Reliance Jio, Suzlon Energy, Hutchison-Max Telecom, Vodafone India & UK, Indus Towers, Blue Star and Deloitte. Mr. Ranka's qualifications include B.Com from NM College, Mumbai followed by CA, CS, CWA and LLB.
Cessation of Previous Compliance Officer
- Name: CS Deepak Manerikar
- Previous Position: Company Secretary and Compliance Officer
- Cessation Date: 30th October 2026
- Reason: Cessation as the Compliance Officer of the Company
- Current Status: Will continue to be the Company Secretary of the Company, being a KMP (Key Managerial Personnel) as per the Companies Act, 2013
Effective Date
Both the appointment of Mr. Sunil Ranka and cessation of Mr. Deepak Manerikar as Compliance Officer are effective from 30th October 2026.
