Shree Renuka Sugars shareholders approved all three resolutions via postal ballot e-voting concluded on 6th May 2026.
Resolutions included Atul Chaturvedi's designation change to Non-Executive Director and Susheel Kamboj's appointment as Director and MD & CEO.
