Shree Renuka Sugars Proposes Management Changes via Postal Ballot

Shree Renuka Sugars has issued a postal ballot notice for shareholder approval of key management changes, including the re-designation of Atul Chaturvedi and the appointment of Susheel Kumar Kamboj as MD & CEO.
The e-voting for the postal ballot is scheduled from April 7 to May 6, 2026, with results to be declared by May 8, 2026.
The company reported a net loss of Rs. 5,577 million for the nine months ended December 2025, but a quarterly profit of Rs. 375 million in Q3 FY26.
