Order Details
The company received three fresh orders for supply of HDPE pressure pipes aggregating ₹50.99 crore (excluding GST), representing approximately 26% of the company's FY 2025-26 revenue from operations of ₹198.13 crore.
Order Breakdown:
- Order 1 (September 19, 2026): ₹25.48 crore from a domestic infrastructure contractor for 93,045 metres of PE-100 HDPE pipes (PN-6 and PN-10, 315 mm to 630 mm) conforming to IS 4984:2016. The pipes are for a tank connection pipeline project with three years of operation and maintenance for the Narmada, Water Resources, Water Supply and Kalpsar Department, Government of Gujarat, in Banaskantha district.
- Order 2 (September 23, 2026): ₹1.91 crore from a domestic distributor for 15,726 metres of HDPE pipes for power distribution projects of Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited.
- Order 3 (September 26, 2026): ₹23.60 crore from a domestic distributor for 1,46,802 metres of HDPE pipes for power distribution projects of Tata Power.
Execution Status and Inspection Clearance
Execution is already underway with the first lot under the ₹25.48 crore order (dated September 19, 2026) clearing joint inspection by officials of the Narmada, Water Resources, Water Supply and Kalpsar Department, Government of Gujarat on October 05-06, 2026. Following successful inspection, 42,405 metres of PE-100 HDPE pressure pipes valued at approximately ₹9.70 crore have been approved and released for dispatch. All offered lots were tested against IS 4984:2016 and the approved Quality Assurance Plan and were found to conform.

Management Commentary
Mr. Vijay Jaysukhlal Thosani, Chairman & Whole Time Director, stated that these orders from water supply and power distribution infrastructure represent core growth areas for their HDPE pipe business. He noted that clearing government joint inspection and releasing the first 42 km of pipes within three weeks reflects product quality and execution readiness, providing good revenue visibility for the current financial year.
