Shreeshay Engineers Appoints D G M S & Co as Internal Auditor

Shreeshay Engineers Limited has made a disclosure to BSE Limited regarding the appointment of its Internal Auditor pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The Board of Directors of the Company, in their meeting held on August 28, 2026, appointed M/s. D G M S & Co., Chartered Accountants as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the financial years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028.

The appointment was made to comply with the provisions of Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013. The disclosure references SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/1/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, as amended.
