Press Release – 10 September 2026
On 10 September 2026, from Singapore and Mumbai, Manifest Global announced that India’s T20 captain Shreyas Iyer has made a strategic investment in the company. Manifest Global is a Singapore‑headquartered, AI‑native talent‑mobility group that assists close to half a million students each year in discovering, funding and reaching education and career opportunities across more than 150 countries. The firm works with over 1,750 school partners and operates through a suite of platforms including Cialfo, BridgeU, Comet, Explore, Kaaiser, EduGo Abroad and Flow AI.
The investment was facilitated by Mahesh Toshniwal, spiritual and life coach and founder of Just Imagine, who connected Rohan Pasari, Manifest’s Founder and CEO, with Shreyas Iyer. Iyer said India possesses the world’s largest youth population and abundant ambition, but lacks timely guidance; he believes Manifest’s AI‑native approach can bridge that gap. Pasari noted that Iyer’s involvement is a genuine stake rather than a mere endorsement.
Manifest’s business model involves acquiring regional education operators that own specific corridors and overlaying a single AI layer to unify the talent journey. The group’s AI platform, Flow AI, is designed to enhance counsellors’ advisory capabilities rather than simply accelerate processing. The company’s portfolio also includes Cialfo and BridgeU for school‑counsellor‑student pathways, Comet for direct family access to study‑abroad services, Explore for university‑student matching, Kaaiser and EduGo for placements in Australia and 18 European countries, respectively.
Iyer will lead Manifest’s outreach to students and families across India, beginning with a campaign slated to launch later in 2026.
The release highlights broader market context: India’s massive youth cohort receives limited guidance, with school counsellors often responsible for thousands of students, while developed economies project a shortfall of more than 85 million workers by 2030 as working‑age populations shrink and AI reshapes skill requirements. This structural demand underpins Manifest’s focus on building end‑to‑end talent infrastructure.
Manifest Global is backed by investors Tiger Global, Square Peg, SIG, January Capital, SEEK, Analog Partners, Cercano and others.
