The Board of Directors of Shri Keshav Cements and Infra Limited, at their meeting held on Friday, 14th August, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Vilas Katwa (DIN: 00206015) as Managing Director of the Company. The re-appointment is for a period of 5 years with effect from 27th May, 2027 to 26th May, 2032 (both days inclusive).

Mr. Vilas Katwa is a graduate MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. He started his career in Information Technology working as a chief systems engineer in McCormack Institute of Public Affairs at U-Mass Boston. He has wide experience in cement industry, information technology, and industrial and production discipline. He has initiated IT drives that improved production, quality control and management parameters, and implemented policies that boosted production to maximum capacity.

Mr. Vilas Katwa holds 21,64,800 equity shares in the company. He is the brother of Mr. Venkatesh Katwa and Mr. Deepak Katwa.
