Shri Krishna Prasadam Limited has made a regulatory disclosure to BSE Limited regarding a management change appointment.
The Board of Directors meeting was held on Tuesday, 14th July 2026 at 3:00 P.M. at the company's registered office at B-2/11, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Badarpur, New Delhi - 110044.
Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Parmod Chand Joshi as Additional Executive Director of the Company effective from 14th July 2026.
The appointment is for a term of 5 years, however, it is subject to approval by shareholders in the next general meeting or within 3 months, whichever is earlier.
Mr. Parmod Chand Joshi is described as a dedicated legal professional with a strong foundation in civil law. He completed his LLB from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut in 2017. He is known for his analytical approach and commitment to delivering effective legal solutions. He is an active member of the Bar Council of India.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoDI/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023.
