Shringar House of Mangalsutra Limited has formally notified the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited about the cessation of Mr. Hitesh Khandelwal from his position as Vice President — Sales & Marketing and Senior Management Personnel of the Company.
The resignation, which was initially tendered via email dated 26th June, 2026, has become effective from the close of business hours on 17th August, 2026. Accordingly, Mr. Hitesh Khandelwal has ceased to be associated with the Company with effect from that date.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with sub-paragraph 7C of Paragraph A of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), as amended, and in compliance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/1/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026.

Resignation due to "growth and better opportunities" as stated in the resignation email and documented in Annexure-A.
