Shriram Finance 47th AGM Notice and Annual Report

Date: June 17, 2026

The 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Friday, July 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM IST.
The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Saturday, July 4, 2026, to Friday, July 10, 2026 (both days inclusive).

A final dividend for Financial Year 2025-26 is proposed, subject to approval by members at the AGM.
Payment of final dividend will be made subject to deduction of tax at source, as applicable, before August 9, 2026.
With effect from April 1, 2024, dividend declared shall be paid to members holding shares in physical form only through electronic mode upon furnishing required KYC to the Company/RTA.

Electronic copies of the 47th Annual Report for FY 2025-26 along with Notice of AGM have been sent to all members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/RTA/Depository Participant(s).
