Shristi Infrastructure MD Sunil Jha Reappointed via Postal Ballot

Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd announced results of postal ballot for reappointment of Mr. Sunil Jha as Managing Director.
The special resolution was passed with 99.9998% votes in favor from 16,634,176 shares voted representing 74.93% of outstanding shares.
Promoter group voted 100% in favor with 16,633,459 shares while public non-institutions voted 94.98% in favor with 717 shares.
