Dividend Declaration Details

  • The Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of ₹1.80 per equity share of face value ₹10 each for FY 2026-27
  • Declaration was made at the Board Meeting held on July 20, 2026
  • Dividend is payable within 30 days from the date of declaration (by August 19, 2026)
  • Record date fixed for determining eligibility: July 24, 2026

Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) Provisions

  • Dividend is taxable in the hands of shareholders as per Income Tax Act, 2025
  • Company is required to deduct TDS at the time of dividend payment
  • TDS rates for resident shareholders: 10% with valid PAN, 20% without/invalid PAN
  • TDS rates for non-resident shareholders: As per prescribed rates under the Act or applicable Tax Treaty
  • No TDS applicable if total dividend payable to resident individual shareholders is up to ₹10,000 per annum within tax year 2026-27
  • If aggregate dividend exceeds ₹10,000 for resident individual shareholder, TDS will be calculated on aggregate amount and deducted from next sequential dividend paid up to March 31, 2027

PAN-Aadhaar Linking Requirement

  • As per Section 262 of the Act read with Rule 158 of Income-tax Rules, 2026, PAN must be linked with Aadhaar for eligible persons
  • Failure to comply will result in PAN being considered inoperative and tax deducted at higher rates as prescribed under section 397(2)

Documentation Requirements and Deadlines

  • Shareholders must submit relevant information and declarations to determine appropriate TDS rate
  • Required documents must be uploaded through https://ris.kfintech.com/form15 or emailed to einward.ris@kfintech.com
  • Submission deadline: July 24, 2026, by 9:00 PM IST
  • Only declarations furnished after the announcement and up to the record date will be considered
  • Declarations received before the announcement date will not be considered

  • Resident Individual Shareholders: Form 12I
  • Non-Resident Shareholders: Self Declaration - 1
  • Resident Non-Individual Shareholders: Self Declaration - 2
  • Resident individual shareholders must specify preferred tax regime (old or new) in declarations
  • New tax regime will be considered as default if no preference specified
