SIG announced CFO Ian Ashton will resign after six years, remaining up to six months while a successor is sought.
Ashton is leaving to join TT Electronics Plc, where he will assume a new role following his departure from SIG.
Chairman Andrew Allner praised Ashton's contribution to financial and operating processes; CEO Pim Vervaat thanked him for input on SIG’s 2030 strategy.
