Signature Global (India) Limited has acquired and collaborated for a land parcel admeasuring approximately 194.22 acres situated at Tehsil Farrukhnagar, District Gurugram, Haryana. The transaction was executed through:

  • Collaboration agreement(s) for development of project(s) on land admeasuring approximately 169.22 acres
  • Conveyance deed(s) for the purchase of land admeasuring approximately 25.00 acres

The transaction adds an estimated developable area of approximately 6.77 million square feet to the Company's development pipeline, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹5,500–6,000 crore.

Project Description

The development will be an exclusive 194.22-acre ultra-luxury farmhouse villa destination in Gurugram West (Farrukhnagar), conceived as a privileged, low-density enclave. The project features:

  • Uber-premium, invitation-only residential offering
  • Exclusively designed luxury farmhouse villas
  • Expansive greens and carefully planned landscapes
  • Curated world of sport, hospitality, leisure and lifestyle experiences
  • Low-density, highly exclusive private enclave

Strategic Location

The land parcel is strategically located approximately 15 minutes' drive from the Dwarka Expressway, with connectivity to the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway and frontage along the Farrukhnagar-Wazirpur Road. The location provides access to Gurugram's established residential and commercial hubs, as well as Delhi and the wider NCR.

Infrastructure Context

Gurugram West (Farrukhnagar) is witnessing significant infrastructure transformation:

  • Farrukhnagar–Gurugram road slated for four-lane upgrade at estimated investment of ₹365 crore
  • Region's new master plan prioritizes enhanced road connectivity, bypass infrastructure and civic amenities
  • Proposed Gurugram–Farrukhnagar–Jhajjar highway being progressed through alignment planning by NHAI
