Signature Global Sells 50% GCL Stake for ₹1,293 Crore

Signature Global dilutes 50% stake in subsidiary Gurugram Commercity Limited to RMZ group for ₹1,293 crore via Millennia Realtors Private Limited.
The 50:50 JV will jointly develop a mixed-use commercial project on Southern Peripheral Road, Gurugram, with FSI of 3.94 million sq ft.
Estimated total capital value of the completed development is projected at ₹14,000–16,000 crore, marking Signature Global's first large commercial project.
