Company reported FY26 pre-sales of INR 82.2 billion and collections of INR 40.0 billion with average sales realization increasing to INR 15,250 per sq. ft.
Received INR 12.93 billion from Millennia Realtors for commercial joint venture entry and maintains strong cash position of INR 27.70 billion.
