The Company has entered into a collaboration agreement for land admeasuring approximately 11.887 Acres in Sohna, District Gurugram, Haryana.
Signatureglobal Business Park Limited, a wholly owned Subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a separate collaboration agreement for land admeasuring approximately 13.73 Acres in Sohna, District Gurugram, Haryana.
The collaboration agreements grant development rights over the said land parcels to the Company and Signatureglobal Business Park Limited, respectively, for real estate projects. These development rights are subject to obtaining applicable licenses and permissions from the concerned authorities.
The combined land parcels have an overall potential developable area of approximately 2.18 million square feet.
These collaborations strengthen the Company's and its wholly owned subsidiaries' land bank in the Sohna, Gurugram area, which is described as an emerging growth corridor within Gurugram. The agreements are in line with the Company's strategy of expanding its presence across high potential locations.
