SignatureGlobal GCL Becomes 50:50 JV with RMZ

SignatureGlobal completed transfer of 35,69,731 equity shares in GCL to RMZ for ~₹56.70 crores on 30th March 2026.
GCL allotted 7,78,60,538 equity shares to RMZ for ~₹1,236.77 crores, resulting in equal 50% shareholding each.
GCL ceased to be a subsidiary of SignatureGlobal and became a 50:50 joint venture with RMZ effective 30th March 2026.
