Dutch firms Signify and Alpine Greens announced a $200 million investment in a greenhouse project in Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
Governor Samuel Garcia disclosed the project will initially focus on lettuce cultivation, with a $70 million first‑phase funding.
The development will be built in Galeana alongside Dutch partner Van der Hoeven to grow lettuce and other vegetables.
