Sika Interplant Systems intimated BSE about its upcoming board meeting on 08 May 2026 under SEBI LODR Regulation 29(1).
The board will consider approval of audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31 March 2026.
The board will also consider recommending a final dividend for shareholders for FY 2025-26.
