Overview

On Saturday, SILAII held a special ceremony at Santhosh Hall, VGP Resort, Chennai, to present a car to each of four long‑serving senior employees as a token of appreciation for their dedication to the company’s growth.

Recipients and Family Involvement

The employees honoured were Ragul Kishan, Chief Production Officer; Midhun Mohan, Marketing Head; Nishanth, Research & Development Head; and Sathiya Narayanan, Production Head. Each recipient’s family was invited to the venue and allowed to choose the specific car model they preferred, turning the announcement into a shared celebration for the entire family.

Origin of the Initiative

The idea originated at a family function attended by SILAII’s Founder and CEO, Arun Titan, who observed a long‑serving team member arriving on a two‑wheeler with his whole family after a long journey. The sight prompted Titan to consider how the people who helped build SILAII could enjoy the same comfort and security he experiences in his own daily commute.

CEO Statement

Speaking at the ceremony, Arun Titan said, “I go back home safely in my car every day, and I wanted the people who have built SILAII with me to enjoy the same comfort and safety with their families. This initiative is a way of expressing our gratitude to them and sharing the success we have built together.”
