Nature of Agreement

The agreement establishes Silicon Rental Solutions as a service provider on WeWork India's member platform, enabling WeWork members to discover and procure the company's products and services.

Services Offered

The Company's offering under the arrangement covers:

  • IT equipment on rental
  • IT equipment sales
  • Deployment services
  • Maintenance and asset lifecycle management
  • E-waste collection and disposal

Agreement Terms

The agreement is for an initial term of three years, with a provision for renewal. Services will be contracted and provided by Silicon Rental Solutions directly to WeWork members in its own name. WeWork India's role is limited to that of a platform facilitator and will not itself provide the services.

Financial Terms

The Company will pay WeWork India a referral fee on services converted through the platform, on commercially agreed terms. The arrangement is non-exclusive and does not involve any minimum volume of business, referrals, or revenue commitment by WeWork India.
