Consortium led by Silver Lake’s Egon Durban is acquiring a 25% stake in the Las Vegas Raiders from minority investors.
The purchase brings the Durban‑Meldman group to about 40% ownership, while the team is valued at roughly $7.9 billion per Sportico.
Earlier deals saw Durban and Meldman each buy 7.5% at a $6.5 billion valuation, with rights to acquire additional 7% by year‑end.
Mark Davis, 71, has been divesting stakes but has not indicated plans to sell his remaining share, keeping team control unchanged.
