Silver Touch Technologies appointed Mr. Rahul Advani as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective May 1, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on April 30, 2026, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation.
Mr. Advani is an ICSI associate member and law graduate with experience in listed company compliances and IPO-bound companies.
