Mr. Atul Kumar Labh (FCS-4848 / CP-3238), a partner at M/s. Labh & Labh Associates, Company Secretaries, was appointed as the Scrutinizer. His responsibility was to scrutinize the e-voting process in a fair and transparent manner and ascertain the requisite majority for the resolutions based on the reports generated from NSDL's e-voting system.
