The Hon'ble Regional Director, Western Region-I, approved the shifting of the Registered Office of the Company from the State of Maharashtra to the State of Gujarat. The approval was granted vide order dated September 22, 2026.
Consequential Action
The shift of registered office requires a consequential amendment in clause II of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
