Overview
Simpolo Vitrified Private Limited announced the launch of its Perspective '26 initiative, unveiling a new surface portfolio, expanding manufacturing capacity at two new plants, and entering the faucet segment of the bathware market. The launch events were held in Rajkot, Gujarat and Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, drawing more than 1,000 trade partners and architects.
Event Details
In Tirupati, approximately 250 trade partners and 200 architects from South India attended the product launch and toured the newly built Naidupeta facility. In Rajkot, around 600 trade partners from across India and 200 architects visited the Maliya plant.
New Surface Portfolio
Perspective '26 introduces six surface collections – Impero‑2.0, Ricco‑3.0, Impatto‑2.0, Marmorica‑2.0, Parquet and In & Out – featuring marble, stone, metal, fabric and wood‑inspired aesthetics. The launch also adds three decor formats: Chevron, Herringbone and Inlay Decor. The In & Out collection is designed for indoor‑outdoor continuity, expanding options for residential and commercial projects.
Manufacturing Expansion
The Maliya, Gujarat plant was built with an investment of ₹770 crore and houses two SACMI Continua+ PCR 2180 presses. Phase 1 production capacity is 45,000 sq m per day, with an automated packing capacity of 43,000 sq m per day. It includes India’s first S‑module Continuous Modular Milling System (capacity 1,200 MT per day) and a 4,350‑mm S‑Layer Horizontal Dryer. Digital printing, robotic handling, Industry 4.0 systems, R&D labs and quality laboratories are integrated.
The Naidupeta, Andhra Pradesh plant was developed with an investment of ₹380 crore. Phase 1 production capacity is 25,000 sq m per day. It features a spray dryer and a five‑module continuous ball‑milling system, each supporting 1,200 MT per day. Additional assets include a SACMI Continua+ press, India’s first and widest 5‑layer horizontal dryer, a 2,950‑mm‑wide and 296‑metre‑long roller kiln, and a polishing line with 74 polishing heads and 36 nano heads. Automated packing capacity is 22,000 sq m per day.
Sustainable and Digital Technologies
Maliya incorporates 100 % wastewater recycling and waste‑heat recovery. Naidupeta features a 4 MW rooftop solar plant, wastewater recycling, rainwater harvesting, and electric material handling. Both facilities use digital technologies: Maliya relies on digital printing, robotic handling and Industry 4.0; Naidupeta employs a Digital Twin platform for real‑time monitoring of production, equipment and energy consumption.
Faucet Portfolio Expansion
Alongside the surface collections, Simpolo entered the faucet category with seven globally inspired ranges – Nile, Tagus, Aube, Loir, Alta, Ivalo and Laxa. The collections offer three finishes – Rose Gold, Gunmetal and Chrome – and incorporate water‑saving cartridges, aligning functional performance with design aesthetics.
